- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch coriander finely chopped including stalks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 bunch spring onions chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- This is quite a simple recipe.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the coriander. Add in the lime juice, zest, and seasoning. Followed by the chopped spring onions.
This is a fresh and easy recipe to create. You can enjoy it with mexican cuisine or with tortilla chips.
Wash your cherry tomatoes then chop into quarters.
Finely chop your coriander including stalks.
I love adding some freshly ground cumin to my pico de gallo, the aroma that drifts from the cumin is tantilizing.
