Tasty Vegan Sharing Platter

This is my swanky plantbased sharing platter. Perfect for grazing and filled with a delicious combination of savory, salt and sweet nibbles.

Tasty Vegan Sharing Platter
Ingredients
- 1 bunch green grapes
- 5 satsumas
- 1 round vegan camembert
- 1/2 block vegan cheddar
- 10 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 packet almonds
- 1/2 jar black olives
- 1/2 jar green olives
- 10 pieces sundried tomatoes
- blackberries
- 5 slices vegan cheese
- 1 packet vegan crackers
- 1 jar vegan faux gras (see recipe link)
Instructions
- This recipe is so simple to put together. I used a cheese board and divied up the cheeses. Washed and added in a buch of grapes. scattered the almonds around the board and popped olives and sundried tomatoes in a bowl together.peeled and segmente the mandarin and scatterted this around the board, as well as halving the cherry tomotoes.You can assemble this to look anyway you want and snack on in the evening with a glass of wine.
This is just an idea of some of the ingredients you can add to your sharing platter. It is also down to personal taste preference. You can add black grapes as well as green grapes. Pop on additional nuts or seeds, add in some sliced apple. My daughter is allergic to a lot of nuts, so I simply toasted my almonds with a bit of sea salt and scattered them among the cheeses

I also whipped up a batch of our favourite ‘faux’ gras (click for recipe) made with lentils and mushrooms, to include in the mix. You could also add in some fresh hummus dip too if you fancied.
The camembert is by Flying Squirrel Cheese, they’re an Irish brand, And We love the Violife range of vegan cheeses.
