2 tsp egg replacer (store bought, see notes for subs)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bread soda
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Make the wet mix first.
In a bowl, cream your butter, gradually add the caster sugar, then the soft brown sugar. Add your egg mix, peanut butter and vanilla and whip until it is all blended together.
Add all your dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Next, gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing all the time. Finally stir in your oats and chocolate chips.
Line a baking tray and ensure your oven is preheated to 190 C. Add about a table spoon of mixture per cooking and space out about 2 inches apart. Pop in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for another ten minutes.
